How can I access my department's online portal?

If you have not been set up for your department's portal, please follow the link above to the link "click here to submit a request for authorization" and complete the form.

If you are ordering through a department portal, please try using your work email associated with the department.

I forgot my username and password, how do I retreive them?

Please click "My Account" in the upper right corner. Next follow the link "Forgot your password". An email will be sent to you to update your password. Please check your spam inbox. If you do not receive an email, please verify the email address used is correct. If you are ordering through a department portal, please try using your work email associated with the department.

I am ordering through my department portal, why am I being asked for credit card payment at checkout?

If your department pays for order via your uniform allowance or purchase order, please confirm you are shopping under your department specifications by going to "My Account" and then to "CONTRACT SELECTION". If you select "Normal Shopping without a contract", you will be required to provide payment at checkout.

How long will my order take?

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. All in-stock, non-custom orders will be shipped out WITHIN 2-3 business days after Uniform Spec receives the order. If an item/order is needed right away, we recommend items under the “Quick-Ship Items” category tab.

Customized orders requiring patches, embroidery, heat sealing, alterations/tailoring may add an additional 2 weeks for delivery. Custom badges may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

If an item is backordered, you will be notified by e-mail that the item is backordered with an estimated date of delivery. Please contact us if you need confirmation of availability.

Most of the items offered are normally in stock; however, availability in size, color, etc. may vary. Please call ahead if an item is needed immediately or if you plan on purchasing the item in store.

All Quick-Ship items are in-stock and ready to ship; however, availability in size, color, etc. may vary. We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items.

Our restocking cycle for depleted inventory can vary anywhere from 7-10 business days.

Reasons for extended delivery / backorder date:

  • Order requires extensive customization.
  • Order is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • Item is on backorder from the manufacturer. (We will contact you if backordered)
How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately by calling (215)-673-7211 OR via email at [email protected]. Certain special ordered items cannot be cancelled.

There was an error with my order I received, how can I get my order corrected?

You should carefully inspect each shipment. An inspection of lost or damaged items needs to be made by you within 10 days of receiving the order. Please contact us immediately so we can make suitable arrangements for replacement or give you authorization to return the goods and/or receive a refund.

Shipping
How are shipping charges calculated?

$12 Flat Rate for ALL orders under $150.00. Additional fees may be (but very rarely) incurred depending on weight or special shipping requests. If expedited delivery is required, please note this in “My Cart” and be sure to click “Save Notes”. We will contact you and confirm freight details/price. Expedited freight is not guaranteed until confirmed with Uniform Spec. Pricing for UPS Next Day Air or 2 Day Air are subject to standard UPS rates.

How will my order be shipped?

UPS is the only shipment option on UniformSpec.com.

Does UniformSpec.com ship internationally?

Uniform Spec only accepts online orders being shipped within the United States. To place an order for delivery outside of the United States, please email [email protected] or call us at (215)-673-7211.

How can I track my order shipment status?

Please log in to your account and go to "My Account" then click "Order History". Here you will be able to see UPS tracking information and other order details. An email will also be sent to you with tracking information once order is shipped.
